This final version of the report sums up the communication and dissemination activities that were carried out by the consortium partners at EU, national and regional levels (in line with the project’s Task 7.3 ‘Dissemination activities at national and EU levels’). It excludes all communication activities that were carried out in the framework of WP5 or WP6, i.e. with the very local objective to mobilise vulnerable households and communities and to raise awareness on energy optimisation measures.
An overview of activities addressing an EU-wide audience is followed by a country by country description.
For a start, we also explain how we framed the message to bring the topic into the minds of stakeholders of all kinds (lawmakers, local leaders and citizens) to maximize impact.
